My name is Mizuki Hamano, but you can call me Miz or Zu, and I’m from Tokyo, Japan. Mizuki means beautiful moon and Hamano means seafield if you want to know, and don’t ask me about that… (O_O')?

I’m 17 years old and I live in a small apartment in the north-west area with my best friend Hisako Chiharu. I moved to Awesome Centre when I became 17, so I have lived here for 7 months and I really enjoy the people and the areas here, it really feels like home. For the moment I’m work in a small café in the middle of town and I really like it, it’s fun to meet new people.

For the moment I have winered hair, but I change my haircolor like you change clothes. I'm what you call a Gothic Lolita, a japanese style from the trend of Kawaii, cute, in japan. The style Gothic Lolita is one of Japan's many popular street fashions that is growing in popularity in the Western world today. The style often is meant to make the wearer look doll-like, sweet and/or elegant. This style usually have the colors white, black, darkred, darkpurple, just dark colors. The material of the clothes are usuallly made of satin and you can buy this clothes direct from Japan, but I sew my own clothes most of the time.

If I would describe myself in 3 words I would say; open, kind and hyperactive.
I am very friendly, curious, mischievous and I have a great social life. I'm very good at painting and sewing, but also to learn different languages. Many people that live here in Awsome Centreo are from different countries, and when it might be useful to know more than two languages.

In my spare time I like to be with people, I’m very social, bake cupcakes, make my own jewelry, be in the city to shop new clothes and details, draw and I watch anime with Hisako. My favorite anime for the moment is Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, “
When They Cry”, and it’s about Keiichi Maebara that moved to the village of Hinamizawa in the Japanese countryside. He becomes friends with some of his classmates; Rena, Mion, Satoko and Rika. But just as Keiichi starts to like his new rural life, the village's dark secrets begin to unravel...
I can say it’s a lot of blood in this anime, nothing for small children…(>_<)

I want to be a makeup artist, and I'm on a really good way. I have for example decorated the face of the beautiful Goregette Wilson. Its was a really cool experience, and she was so nice to me! And we have auctully contact today.

Here in Awesome Centre everyone is so nice to eachother, but I have one really good friend beside Hisako. Her name is Cassie Corndott ans she lives 10 minutes from me, near the water. She is born in Jamaica and she can speak Jamaican, and it's so cool! She have a little sister, Angie, but she lives in Australia with her boyfriend. When Cassie and I hang out togheter we watch movies and we like to party, so we are out alot. Cassie is an amazing kitchen chef and i just ai (love) her food, but it's quite different to my "natural" food from Japan.

Let me tell you about my apartment:
Two bedrooms, one kitchen, one livingroom and one bathroom. Mine and Hisako's house has lots of color and textures in every room; the walls is filled with wallpaper and every corner is decorated with teddybears and dolls. We have actually decorated the whole house, so our home is our pride!

Let's start with my favorite room; my bedroom. The white walls make me think of the clouds and the foam after a wave, that relaxes me and I think of dreams that have no boundaries. The pink and purple details and furnitures remind me of candy and theme parks. These colors in my room helps me to have pure, clean and funny thoughts. When I leave that room I am relaxed and prepared for the day.

The livingroom have green chairs, green and purple walls and a wodden floor. The wodden floor is just soothing earthy soft color that keep us grounded and humle, Hisako and I really like to daydream so the floor helps us to stay in the reallife^^. The colors and decor was chosen for happy and pretty thought, planning for our future and life.

Ok, let's go on to the kitchen.
It's pretty small, witch is expected, since we live in a small two bedroom apartment.
16x16 with "Off white" metalic floor (absolutley amazing). The counter tops are white and made of crome. We have a silver fridge, dishwasher and microwave. We have a selfcleaning French door oven mounted in the wall (to bad it isn't working for the moment, I had an accident and fell into the oven).

This is my cute friend Hisako<3<3 And this is my bedroom, very pink and fluffy. I just love it!

12th of April 2010, the disaster Today I woke up to the sunniest weather I've ever seen in my life. The sun was shining like never before and it was no clouds at all. I got up from the bed to eat breakfast; steamed rice, misosoup, and various side dishes like broiled/grilled fish, tamagoyaki (rolled omelet), onsen tamago, tsukemono pickles, seasoned nori (dried seaweed), natto, and so on. As you see in the photo, it's a Japanese etiquette to place a bowl of rice on your left and to place a bowl of miso soup on your right side at the table. Today I had invited Q for a cup of tea with me and Hisako. I don't know her so well, but she seems to be a nice person.

When the time was 11.46 am the doorbell rang loud and clear, I was in the livingroom so Hisako greeted her. I will always remeber the look on her face when she saw me and Hisako; she looked like she had seen two dolls. Hihi^^

After we had said hi I guided Q to the kitchen and said that she could sit down where she wanted to. I placed some cupcakes on a plate and gave her a cup of tea. We talked for hours and we laugh almost every five second. We talked about the persons who lives here in Awsome Centre, our families and much more. After 4 hours Q had to go home, I gave her a hug and I will deffinetly invite her again! It was first after she had left I saw that the weather was really bad; the rain crashed to the ground and the wind was strong and things where flying in the air. I heard on the radio that a big f*cking storm (yes, the newsreader swore), was heading towards Awesome Centre. When I listened to the radio I heard Hisako: "- MIZ! We have to get out of here, Lilly called and she said the everyone should go to the tunnel that lead to a basement under the ground!" When we started to walk to the tunnel I saw a big hurricane heading right at Awesome Centre. I couldn't help myself, I just had to take some pictures. And here is two of them: (I think I took about 100 pictures, but I don't have the space to put all of them here. To bad, but what can I do?) external image 1.jpgexternal image storm1.jpg The way to the basement wasn't so pretty and nice, but it was ok just to walk through. When Hisako and I reached the door with the sign "привет" BRB (Big Russian Basement), and walked into the basement and we got a big chock! Almost everyting in there was knitted! I was like: "- What in the world?" I mean, this is Tojojski Radojvski's basement and he's so "Boyish" you can be. And when you see all these knitted things i think you would be surprised aswell, right? But i wasn't bad at all, I just loved the knitted furnitures and details, it was so...girlish^^. When we Iooked around in the room I saw Cassie with a man, I think he has the name Brutus or something like that. Cassie said hi and Brutus shocked my hand. He asked me about my name, and I said what it meant. He was really fascinated in Japan and the culture so I started to tell him about it, but I had just get started when Cassie's cute pig Paris pushed Brutus down on the floor. Brutus cursed the poor little pig and tried to push it away. I was just going to take the pig away when Brutus said that I should stay from the damn pig. I couldn't help myself, I started to laugh so much that I had to sit on the floor and I cried and through the tears I saw that the pig stopped and strated to pee on Brutus jeans, I laughed even harder. After some hours in the basement everybody had an empty stomach so we decided to vote for a person who would go up from the basement and get some food, Normal Guy was chosen to do that. He was away for a couple of hours but when he returned he had plenty of food, and everyone in the basement attacked him so he had to throw away the rations and hide in the corner. Where stuck in the basement for like one week, we couldn't exactly know beacuse we didn't have a calender or a watch. Tojojski had plenty of alcohol in the basement and Elsa Wackie got drunk and started to scream and dance. I'm really scared of her, she looks just like the nasty woman in 101 dalmatians. What's her name....um...ehm...OH CURELLA DE VIL! But here is one old lady that I like, Siri, and her huband Törje aswell. It as Siri who was the firs to get up from the basment to see how the wheater looked like. She came back after a while and told us some good news. The sun was shining and the air was fresh, but there was one bad thing; the whole town was destroyed! Nothing where on the right spot! Everybody stood still for one second before the understood what Siri had said, then we all started to run through the tunnel to the exit. I was running by Brutus and he yelled: "-Hey, Mizuki! Remeber me?" I was in a hurry to get out from the basement so I just shouted: "-Yeah! Hi, hi!! I need some air now!". Just before I was infront of the door I took a deep breath and closed my eyes, then I opend the door and I could smell the fresch air. I opened my eyes and saw the catastrophe, the whole town was a mess! In trees that had survived the storm I saw fabics and bicycles and on the ground pieces from houses that have been totally destroyed. It was sick! I couldn't help myself, I started to run towords my apartment as fast as I could and Hisako was right behind me. When we finally had reached your home we just stopped and stared at the building, it was ok! Sure, it was a bit destroyed but it was certainly no more damage, which was incredibly as the rest of the town lay in ruins. We rushed up the stairs and I fumbled with the key and tried to unlocked the lock, but it was a bit difficult because Hisako bugging me. Finally I got the door open and we fell in, I first and Hisako landed on me with a thud. It hurt, but we helped each other to come up on our legs. We brushed off the worst of the dust from our clothes and then we took a walk in the house to see what it looked like: Nothing was destroyed, but the furniture and little trinkets were scattered across the floor. We decided to clean the whole house (it took three hours), but finally we were ready and we took the opposite warm shower. It was so incredibly good to get rid of the layer of dirt that was on the skin and hair. After the shower I wrapped myself up in a large terry towel and sat on the sofa next to Hisako to watch TV, we ate Anmitsu (kanten jello, fruits and sweet azuki beans). That night I slept heavily, better than ever and I dreamt about my family.
